Our Partners
We don't just put high standards on ourselves - we choose all of our sources based on luxury.

At Mountain Sanctuary, we understand that experiencing the best of Mount Tamborine is a team effort. That’s why we source all of our goods and services from quality, local suppliers such as:

dtm logo

The most comprehensive info website for everything you need to know about the mountain. Their brochure stand in our guest lounge will assist you with tours, shopping, national parks, maps, attractions, wineries, arts & craft and much more. Ph: 0488 TAMBORINE (826 267).

Belvedere Restaurant on Main is the mountain’s much-loved home of authentic Italian cuisine, known for its various forms of hospitality since 1924.  With a rustic, romantic atmosphere warmed by the giant brick pizza oven, Belvedere epitomises everything for which Italian dining is famous – homemade gnocci & lansagne, woodfired pizza and quality Italian wines.

Witches-Chase-Cheese-logo-50h

This is as close as we could get to supplying our cheese and yoghurt from our own cows – the Witches Chase Cheese Co. factory is 500m up the road. Their award-winning cheeses are second only to their ice cream!

withces falls

According to James Halliday, there are only three wineries in Queensland worthy of five stars. Tamborine is lucky enough to have one of them and our guests are lucky enough to have Witches Falls Wine available in their minibar.

Fortitude-Brewing-150

When you can say that your local brews three beers in the top 14 of the Hottest 100 Aussie Beers of 2014, you know you are in a good place. If you’re feeling too comfortable in your suite to make the 500m trek to Fortitude’s brewery, just open your mini bar (though you will miss out on a good pizza!).

It is a rare thing to see poultry farmers posting photos of their chickens, but these guys have nothing to hide about the way they treat their animals. The living conditions of Kingsnorth’s egg layers – lush green fields with views to the mountainous West – are enough to make any human jealous!

If you want to know how local our preserves are, go out onto your suite balcony and have a look! The Old Blacksmith’s Cottage over the road will make your Continental breakfast memorable with local and organic jam combinations like White Peach & Sage or Kumquat, Passionfruit & Ginger.

With the increasing awareness of the detrimental effects that daily exposure to toxins may be having on our health, it was important that we provided guests with a quality, natural alternative for our body wash, shampoo and conditioner. In addition to being 100% Australian and vegan, Sukin’s aromas will have you feeling like you’re down the road in the rainforest!

It’s unfortunate to think that something as simple as business cards could be harming our beautiful rainforests. Luckily for us, Steven is a local print & marketing genius who is using vege ink on recycled, carbon neutral, sustainable paper.

scenic-rim.com.au – Another great local project by the Studio Two team, showcasing all the things that make the mountain the special place that it is.
